i need an international roaming sim card that works in all countries without roaming charges and will recieve free incoming calls and sms(will work especially in coastal countries)

I want to buy the LG Secret on sim free. But i didnt know if I could put my old O2 sim card in it.

No that was user error. The phone is completely locked, and in the worst case scenario you may have locked your phones memory completely which is not covered by warranty.
New SIM cards cost around $20, but I would take your phone to a retail store, and they can determine whether a new SIM card will fix it, or if you have locked your phone completely and need to purchase a new one.
If that happens in the future you can call customer care and tell them you need the PUK code, and they will give it to you and the instructions on how to enter it correctly.

I’m thinking of buying the Nokia 6131 mobile phone sim free. Would I be able to put my current o2 sim card (which gives me 300 free txts a month if I top up £10) into this fone and still keep my number, the free txts and use o2 wap (fast flirt etc.)?

i know you used to be able to get them free a couple of friends got a bunch of um. anyone knows websites where i can get them free, tho i’m nt sure if they do them free anymore….but yeah…
